- Approved application form, including unique code from State Employment Support Agency
- Copy of the alien’s travel document
- Copy of the document confirming lawful stay in Georgia
- Document confirming at least 2 years’ experience in IT field as per ISCO-08 code 25 and subcodes
- Certificate confirming received remuneration of at least USD 25,000 equivalent in lari in the last year with at least two payments 30 days apart
- Decision on granting right to work (unless verifiable electronically)
- 3×4 cm size colour photo in electronic form
- Receipt confirming payment of service fee
