“A special residence permit is issued to an alien who is reasonably suspected to be a victim of, or affected by, the crime of trading in persons (human trafficking) ... to an alien in respect of whom a member of the Government of Georgia submits a written initiative on the issuance of a temporary Georgian residence permit, to persons referred to in Article 60 of this Law, and to a foreign citizen who has a status of compatriot living abroad.”
