Is this a scam?
No. whereTOemigrate is built and operated by Antonio Mira, a solo founder based in Portugal who personally went through immigration research and got tired of the scattered information.
Recorded source links are provided where available. A URL alone does not prove that every claim is supported, independently reviewed or current. Check the supporting passage and any limitations for the specific programme. Payments and customer remedies are described in our refund policy and privacy policy.
If you find anything misleading, email and we will fix it within 14 days at no charge.
How accurate is the visa data?
The catalogue is an inventory of programme records. Recorded source links are provided where available. A URL alone does not prove that every claim is supported, independently reviewed or current. Check the supporting passage and any limitations for the specific programme.
Missing or uncertain programme details remain unknown. Missing evidence is shown as a gap, not converted into a claim of eligibility. Programme order helps exploration, not a prediction of approval.
A capture date records when material was recorded; it is not proof of independent review. There is no guaranteed re-check cycle for every programme. See our editorial standards.
If a recent rule change is not reflected, email us and we will correct it free under the 14-day correction guarantee.
Where does the data come from?
- Visa pathways: recorded programme sources where available; issuing-authority evidence must support the particular claim.
- Cost of living: World Bank, OECD, cost-of-living tools.
- Salaries: OECD and ILO.
- University rankings: QS and OpenAlex (CC0).
All sources are listed at wheretoemigrate.io/data-sources with the licence terms for each.
What if I'm wrong about my income or savings?
Accurate questionnaire answers help organise relevant programme information. They do not produce an eligibility verdict. Confirm the requirements for the exact programme before acting.
If you realise you mis-entered any input within 14 days of purchase, email hello@wheretoemigrate.io with the correction and we will regenerate the report at no charge. We are also building a self-service regenerate flow so you can fix and re-run yourself.
Do you offer refunds?
Reports are personalised digital products generated and delivered immediately at your request, and we do not offer refunds as a default policy. Under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive the 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content supplied immediately only where the buyer has given prior express consent to that supply; for new purchases the Stripe checkout requires you to expressly request immediate preparation of the guide and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins, and we record that acceptance. The exception applies only where all its conditions are met, and earlier orders keep their actual evidence — see Terms §5A.
If you find a factual error in your report's visa data, email us within 14 days and we will correct it and reissue at no charge. If you mis-entered an input, see the regeneration policy above.
How fast will I get my report?
Reports are generated automatically and sent to your email within 5 minutes of payment.
If you do not see it in 10 minutes, check your spam folder; if still missing, email hello@wheretoemigrate.io and we will resend or regenerate manually.
Can I re-download my report later?
Yes. For the current Journey, you can reuse the private PDF and online reading links for 30 days from that purchase, with no numerical download limit. Earlier report purchases retain their original link terms, which may include a 10-download limit.
If you lose the email, forward your Stripe receipt to hello@wheretoemigrate.io and we will reissue a fresh download link.
Is this the same as a free Google search?
No. A Google search returns hundreds of pages of generic visa information.
The report organises programme information around your questionnaire context: recorded requirements, sources and gaps to confirm. It does not predict which programmes will accept you. See how the product compares with other research tools.
If you'd rather see how this compares to ChatGPT, Reddit threads, lawyers, and Nomad Capitalist directly, see /compare-tools.
What countries do you cover?
All 200+ countries with 7,000+ visa pathways. Coverage depth varies — the OECD and large-immigration markets (Canada, Germany, Portugal, Spain, UK, Australia, US, UAE) have the deepest data.
Programme coverage varies by market. Recorded source links and answers must be checked individually; presence in the catalogue is not evidence of completeness.
What if my situation is complex (criminal record, asylum, dual citizenship, health)?
This product does not handle complex legal cases. The engine assumes a clean record and a single nationality.
If you have a criminal record, are seeking asylum, have a complex dual-citizenship situation, or have health exclusions that affect visa eligibility, you need a licensed immigration lawyer — see /when-this-wont-help for detail.
Programme information can help prepare further research, but it does not determine whether your personal circumstances meet a legal requirement.
Is this legal advice?
No. The report is information based on public visa data and your inputs. It is not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice.
We recommend consulting a licensed immigration professional before making any binding financial commitment (signing a lease, transferring funds, lodging an application).
Will my data be sold or shared?
We never sell your data. Your quiz answers and email are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, used to generate and deliver your report. Leaving an email in the quiz does not subscribe you to the newsletter; that requires a separate request.
To run the service, we do share data with a small set of processors under contract — for example Stripe (payments), Brevo and Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting) — each bound by a data-processing agreement, and none may use your data for their own marketing. You can request deletion at any time via privacy@wheretoemigrate.io. See /privacy for the full processor list and lawful bases.
Who built this?
Antonio Mira, a solo founder based in Portugal, built and operates whereTOemigrate.
He personally researched the process, found the existing tools fragmented, and built a single-engine alternative. Antonio handles every support email personally. See /about for full background.
Why was a country I wanted not shown or placed lower?
Programme ordering helps you explore the information. The report presents recorded requirements, sources and gaps; it does not determine whether you meet or fail a legal requirement.
The catalogue presents recorded answers and sources where available. Missing public answers show Answer not available; a source link is not a review certificate.
How do I contact support?
Email hello@wheretoemigrate.io for product questions, refunds/corrections, re-downloads, or anything else.
Antonio responds personally — usually within 24 hours, often the same day. There is no chatbot, no ticketing form, no offshore support tier.
