Documents
- Approved application form with registration code
- Copy of travel document
- Copy of document evidencing lawful stay in Georgia
- Document proving employment or entrepreneurial activity (e.g. labour contract)
- Document confirming monthly income/remuneration is not less than the fivefold amount of the minimum subsistence level
- Document issued by the Revenue Service proving employer's annual turnover (at least GEL 50,000 per alien, or GEL 35,000 for educational/medical employers)
- Certificate regarding the number of aliens working for the employer
- Color photo, 3×4 in size, in electronic form
- Proof of payment of the fee
