• Approved application form
• Copy of an alien’s travel document
• Copy of a document evidencing an alien’s lawful stay in Georgia
• Document evidencing at least USD 300,000 investment made in Georgia (audit report by a certified auditor) or a document of title to an immovable thing (except for agricultural land) in the territory of Georgia, with the market value exceeding USD 300,000 equivalent in GEL
• Document proving the market value of an immovable thing provided as the basis for an investment residence permit (a report of a certified assessor accredited by the LEPL Unified National Body of Accreditation – Accreditation Center)
• Written reference given by a member of the Government of Georgia or by 3 citizens of Georgia having the authority to represent a Georgia-based business entity
• Color photo, 3×4 in size, in electronic form
• Proof of payment of the fee
