- Document proving the market value of an immovable property given in sub-paragraph 'd' (market value determined by a certified assessor of a body accredited by the LEPL Unified National Body of Accreditation – Accreditation Center)
- Color photo, 3×4 in size, in electronic form
- Proof of payment of the fee
