- Must have vocational training OR university degree OR special qualifications (6+ years experience)
- Business must be your own sole proprietorship (NOT a limited company)
- Can only work in this business — cannot take other work including remote work
- Business must require your skilled worker qualifications
- Business profit must be at least NOK 341,373 per year pre-tax
- If business requires public authority permits, must hold those
- Must pay application fee
