  • Must have contract for assignment with a Norway-based business
  • Norway business must have registered business address; cannot be staffing company
  • Offer must be for one specific enterprise in Norway
  • Remuneration not poorer than is normal in Norway
  • Skilled worker qualifications must be relevant to the assignment
  • Must pay application fee
