Documents
- Must have vocational training OR university degree OR special qualifications (6+ years)
- Must be self-employed with established business abroad (sole proprietorship, not limited co.)
- Must have contract for assignment with a Norway-based business
- Norway business must have registered business address; cannot be staffing company
- Offer must be for one specific enterprise in Norway
- Remuneration not poorer than is normal in Norway
- Skilled worker qualifications must be relevant to the assignment
- Must pay application fee
