- Same education/qualification reqs as ICT branch
- Must be employed by enterprise abroad with contract with Norway enterprise
- Norway enterprise must have registered business address
- Cannot be a staffing company
- Work offer for one company in Norway
- Pay not poorer than is normal in Norway
- Must pay application fee
