  • Must have a concrete job offer from one specific employer in Norway
  • Job must normally be full-time (or at least 80% position)
  • Job must require qualifications as a skilled worker
  • Pay and working conditions not poorer than is normal in Norway
  • If occupation requires recognition/authorisation, must hold it (e.g., Norwegian Directorate of Health)
  • If through staffing agency, must present assignment list confirmed by businesses; agency must be registered with Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority
  • Must pay application fee
