Initial stay: 24 months.
Documents
- Must have vocational training (3+ years at upper secondary) OR university degree OR special qualifications (6+ years work experience)
- Must have a concrete job offer from one specific employer in Norway
- Job must normally be full-time (or at least 80% position)
- Job must require qualifications as a skilled worker
- Pay and working conditions not poorer than is normal in Norway
- If occupation requires recognition/authorisation, must hold it (e.g., Norwegian Directorate of Health)
- If through staffing agency, must present assignment list confirmed by businesses; agency must be registered with Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority
- Must pay application fee
