Documents

• Application for obtainment of a full-time residence clearance
• Copy and original of a foreign passport/document of a stateless person (validity > 180 calendar days)
• A document confirming solvency or document for exemption from solvency confirmation
• Statement of no criminal record in the country of citizenship and/or permanent residence (validity <= 180 days)
• Notarized consent of a child aged 14-18 for permanent residence in Kazakhstan (if applicable)
• Notarized contract or notarized application for accommodation and permanent registration for at least 180 days
• Certificate of medical examination (form 028/y)
• One photo (35x45 mm)
• Receipt confirming payment of national duty
• Petition from government body (for applications via simplified professions list, if applicable)
• Certificate of fingerprinting
