- Application for a temporary residence permit
- A copy of an ID document of a foreigner or stateless person with whom the agreements on visa-free stay have been ratified (an original document is provided for verification)
- A copy of the medical insurance certificate (an original copy is to be provided for verification) registered in the 'Saqtandyry' information system
- Notarized consent for the immigrant’s residence, if the service recipient is not the owner of the housing provided
- Certificate of fingerprinting completion issued to a foreigner or stateless person
