Who is eligible

Initial stay: 120 months.

Documents

• Application for the issuance of a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Certificate on passing the eligibility assessment for immigrants and admission to further receipt of the public service
• Copy and original of the national passport/document of a stateless person (valid more than 180 days)
• Document confirming financial solvency (or exemption grounds)
• Criminal record certificate (no criminal record certificate) in state of nationality and/or permanent residence
• Notarized consent of a child aged 14 to 18 years for permanent residence
• Notarized agreement or statement confirming provision of housing, or certificate of real estate ownership
• Medical examination certificate confirming absence of prohibited diseases (028/u form)
• One photo (35x45 mm)
• Receipt on payment of national duty
• Petition from sectoral state authority indicating occupational group under National Classifier of Occupations (for certain professions)
• Certificate of fingerprinting
• Written consent of the state of nationality, or departure slip, or document confirming permission to leave for permanent residence abroad
• Consent to personal data processing and cross-border transfer of personal data
