Who is eligible

Initial stay: 12 months.

Documents

• Application for the issuance of a permanent residence permit
• Certificate on passing the eligibility assessment for immigrants
• Copy and original of the national passport or document of stateless person (valid over 180 days)
• Document confirming financial solvency as per rules or exemption grounds
• Criminal record certificate (no criminal record certificate) from the state of nationality/permanent residence (where applicable)
• Notarized consent of a child aged 14 to 18 years for permanent residence (where applicable)
• Notarized agreement or statement confirming provision of housing or ownership certificate
• Medical examination certificate (form 028/u) confirming absence of prohibited diseases
• One photo (35x45 mm)
• Receipt on payment of national duty
• Petition from relevant state authority indicating occupational group and confirming compliance with NCO requirements (for in-demand IT specialists)
• Certificate of fingerprinting
• Written consent of the state of nationality or departure slip or other document permitting emigration (where applicable)
• Consent to personal data processing and cross-border transfer of personal data
