- four 3.5 x 4.5 cm photographs
- obligation to comply with the conditions
- copy of identity document confirming the citizenship of another state
- 'kandas' certificate (for ethnic Kazakhs)
- certificate from a higher educational institution (for ethnic Kazakhs studying in Kazakhstan)
- certificate of proof of nationality (for ethnic Kazakhs studying in Kazakhstan)
- document on the payment of state duty or exemption from its payment
