- Document(s) showing suitability and details of accommodation, as described
- Proof of health insurance or means to cover healthcare
- Valid passport
- Return/onward ticket or proof of means to cover travel
- One facial photograph
- Declaration to leave Hungary/EU if the permit becomes invalid, specifying country of destination
