- Evidence that Hungarian host entity and third-country company belong to same company or group
- Evidence of university degree or vocational training for executives/specialists/trainees
- Statement by host entity of relevant experience
- Declaration from third-country company on planned duration of transfer
- Proof of sufficient resources (employment contract/assignment, bank statements, income cert from employer or tax authority)
- Declaration of place of accommodation in Hungary
- Proof of comprehensive health insurance or means to pay healthcare costs
- Valid passport
- Valid travel ticket or proof of funds for travel
- 1 facial photograph
