Documents
- Copy of valid residence permit for purpose of employment issued by an EU Member State
- Contract of employment or certificate of employment with posting business
- Certificate on the posting and its duration issued by posting business
- Contract between posting employer and Hungarian recipient employer OR proof of posting business ownership in Hungary OR proof of posting from a temporary work agency or labour provider
- Proof of means of subsistence (e.g. bank account statement, declaration of support, document on regular income)
- Proof of accommodation in Hungary (e.g. lease contract, document of accommodation by courtesy, proof of ownership, reservation confirmation and payment)
- Proof of comprehensive health insurance or means to cover healthcare costs
- Valid passport
- Proof of valid ticket or sufficient funds for travel
- Facial photograph
