- Proof of accommodation in Hungary (lease contract, document of accommodation by courtesy, proof of ownership, or reservation/payment proof)
- Proof of health insurance or ability to cover health costs
- Proof of conditions of exit (valid passport and valid ticket or sufficient funds for travel)
- Parental consent for minors where applicable (in Hungarian or English translation)
- One facial photograph
