Documents

• Application questionnaire
• Foreign state issued valid passport and a copy
• Six (6) color photos (35 x 45 mm)
• Birth certificate and a copy
• Marriage certificate and a copy (if there has been a change in last name)
• Passport of spouse and Armenian translation (if there has been a change in last name)
• Birth certificate of child and copy, or Armenian passport of child or parent and copy, or other proof of Armenian citizenship (if applying under parental/child connection)
• Document confirming Armenian descent, e.g. baptism certificate, document from authorities, or ID of parent/grandparent/sibling showing Armenian ancestry (if claiming by descent)
• Documents proving kinship with person of Armenian descent (if required)
• Non-citizenship certificate of stateless person and copy (if applicable)
• Convention Travel Document of a refugee (if applicable)
• Documents confirming residence status or lawful residency in Armenia and copy
• Receipt for payment of state filing fee
• If required, additional documents might be requested
