Documents
- Application questionnaire
- Foreign state issued valid passport and a copy
- Six color photos (35 x 45 mm)
- Birth certificate and a copy
- Marriage certificate and a copy (if there has been a change in last name)
- Passport of spouse and Armenian translation (if change in last name)
- Birth certificate of child and copy, or Armenian passport of child or parent and copy, or other proof of Armenian citizenship (if applying under clause 4)
- Documents confirming Armenian descent (ancestry) of the applicant, e.g., baptism certificate, official document of Armenian descent, birth certificate or ID of parent/grandparent/sibling with Armenian ancestry
- Documents proving kinship to Armenian descent person (as relevant)
- Non-citizenship certificate of a stateless person and copy (if applicable)
- Convention Travel Document of a refugee (if applicable)
- Documents confirming the residence status or lawful residency and a copy
- Receipt for payment of the state filing fee
- Additional documents might be requested if required
