Documents
- Application questionnaire
- Foreign state issued valid passport and a copy
- Six (6) color photos (35 x 45 mm)
- Birth certificate and a copy
- Marriage certificate and a copy (if there has been a change in the last name)
- Passport of the spouse and Armenian translation (if there has been a change in the last name)
- Birth certificate of the child and the copy, or Armenian passport of the child or parent and the copy, or other proof of Armenian citizenship (if applying under the relevant clause)
- Proof of Armenian descent/ancestry (if applying as an ethnic Armenian, different document types provided)
- Documents proving kinship (if relevant)
- Non-citizenship certificate of a stateless person and the copy
- Convention Travel Document of a refugee
- Documents confirming residence status or lawful residency in Armenia and the copy
- Receipt for payment of the required state filing fee
- Additional documents if required
