- Demande d’acquisition de la nationalité algérienne signée par l’intéressé
- Extrait de naissance de moins d’une (01) année pour les demandeurs nés en Algérie
- Extrait de naissance traduit et légalisé pour les personnes nées en dehors du territoire national
- Résidence n° 04, délivrée par les services de la sûreté nationale, certifiant la résidence en situation régulière d’une durée de deux (02) ans au moins
- Extrait de mariage
- Certificat de nationalité de l’époux(se)
- Trois (03) photos d’identité
- Attestation de travail ou copie du registre de commerce
- Certificat de non imposition
