Documents
- Déclaration sur l'honneur légalisée certifiant une résidence continue et légale de 7 ans ou plus
- Timbre fiscal (30,000 DZD)
- Copie de la carte de résident étranger en cours de validité
- Justification légale de la demande (acte de mariage pour couples mixtes)
- Extrait de rôle apuré daté de moins de trois mois
- Attestation d'affiliation à la CNAS (pour les salariés) ou à la CASNOS (pour indépendants) datée de moins de trois mois
- Tous documents requis pour la carte de résident de 2 ans (formulaire, acte de naissance, photos, certificat médical, passeport valide avec visa, contrat de location à usage d'habitation, etc.)
