How we ranked them
We counted each country’s accessible pathways: visa or residency routes that are currently open, open to all nationalities, require no job offer and no investment, and score at or below the dataset’s median difficulty (3.8/10 on our published difficulty methodology). 914 of the 2,863 pathways (32%) meet that bar. 2,859 of 2,863 pathways in the database are recorded against an official source. This measures options, not guarantees — your personal eligibility depends on your profile.
