- Certified copy of Irish spouse/civil partner's Irish birth certificate or passport or naturalisation certificate or other official proof of citizenship
- Certified copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate
- Statutory Declaration form signed by both applicants and witnessed
- Proof of joint address for applicant and Irish spouse/partner (three different documents for each covering the three months before application)
- Proof of residence in Ireland for three years (documents covering the previous three years)
