- Copy of appointment letter (for US/UK Embassy appointments)
- Employment letter or letter from school/college/university
- Proof of status in adoptive country (if not country of birth): Work Permit, Student Visa, Residence Permit, etc.
- Banker’s draft for fee
- Certified English translation of documents not in English
