Documents
- Three (3) completed Immigrant Status forms A1 certified by a Justice of the peace or a notary public (adults)
- Two (2) completed Immigrant Status forms A1 certified by a Justice of the peace or a notary public (under 16)
- Applicant’s original and copy of Birth certificate
- Barbadian spouse's birth certificate (if married to a Barbadian)
- Marriage certificate; if divorced or widowed, relevant certificates
- Standard medical report for persons over 16; general health certificate for under 16; X-rays report if done outside Barbados
- Certificate of Character from the Police of each country resided in for at least 6 months in the past 3 years
- Four (4) photos (one certified by a Justice of the Peace or notary public)
- Letters from schools attended in Barbados (stating period of attendance)
- Proof of qualifications
- Letter of employment
- Affidavit in case of name discrepancy
- Legal custody documentation if child is under custody of someone else
- Official English translation for certificates in a foreign language
- Notarized letter of consent from parent(s) if applicant is under 18 and forms are signed by someone else
- Business applicants (if applicable): cover letter, business location, registration/Incorporation docs, proof of finances, proof of funds brought to Barbados, if over 60: means of support, income, proof of property
- Copy of bio-data page of valid passport
