Initial stay: 12 months.

Documents

• Completed Home Owner Resident Card application form with Bahamian $10.00 postage stamp (legible & notarized)
• Letter of request addressed to the Director of Immigration
• Applicant's original medical certificate (dated not earlier than 30 days before submission; required for each applicant)
• Applicant's original police certificate (dated not earlier than six months before submission, covering five years prior, required for applicants age 14 and older)
• Two current passport size photographs (2x2 inches) on white background, name printed on the back, taken within six months of application
• Copy of the biographical page of valid passport (minimum two months validity)
• Proof of payment of current Real Property Tax
• Registered deed of conveyance of home ownership in The Bahamas
• International Landholding Certificate
• Certificate of Incumbency (where applicable)
• Certified copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
• Certified copy of birth certificate showing parents' names (if applicable)
• Certified copy of Good Standing
• Evidence of proof of primary home outside The Bahamas (Home Insurance, Mortgage Documents, Tax Certificate)
