Documents
- Application form (filled in via computer) – printed in 2 copies
- Application (written via computer) addressed to the President of Azerbaijan – printed in 2 copies
- CV (written via computer) - printed in 2 copies
- 4 photos sized 3x4 cm
- Receipt on payment of the state fee (200 manats)
- Reference from the Ministry of Education certifying knowledge of state language
- Copy of passport or other border-crossing document (notarized translation)
- Document certifying existence of legal income (one of: reference from workplace, reference on receiving pension, stipend, targeted social assistance, reference from tax authority on incomes, reference on receiving alimony, reference on income of guardian, certificate of inheritance, sponsorship documents if unemployed)
- Copy of the court decision establishing statelessness and permanent residence (if applicable)
- For persons with high achievements in science/technology/culture/sports: justified application of the inviting state body
- Copies of ID cards of close relatives who are citizens of Azerbaijan (if available)
