- passport or border crossing document (valid at least 3 months past visa expiry)
- copies of original main passport pages
- 2 color biometric photos (3x4 cm)
- copy of medical insurance certificate (if not provided by inviting party)
- document certifying payment of state duty
- application from inviting party (not required for tourist visas)
- if inviting party is NGO: copy of state registration certificate
- if required: document confirming reason for invitation
- supporting documents as in Article 25-34 depending on visa purpose
