- Completed Form 40 Sponsorship for migration to Australia
- Evidence for balance of family test (relationship proof, citizenship/permanent residence of children)
- Character documents (including police certificates if asked)
- Assurance of Support evidence (when requested)
- Identity and relationship documents for dependents
- Form 1229 or statutory declaration for consent for minors (if applicable)
- Adoption/court documents (if applicable)
- Proof of dependency for adult dependants (Form 47A, tax, residence, study proof)
- Partner evidence (identity, marriage certificate or de facto evidence)
- 4 recent passport-size photos for each applicant
- Certified copies of documents (except original police certificates)
- Certified English translations for non-English documents
