- Admission or enrolment requirement
The applicant must pass the criminal-record and medical-disease conditions.
- Age requirement
The applicant must be at least 50 years old.
- Financial resources
The principal route requires at least THB 3 million in a Thai bank, or THB 1.8 million plus annual income of at least THB 1.2 million followed by topping the Thai deposit to THB 3 million within one year; published retention floors apply.
- Nationality or qualifying status
The applicant must hold one of the 14 nationalities listed in the O-X programme.
