Certificate of Good Conduct not older than 6 months from the place where the applicant resided for the last 6 months.
- Legal Resident Guarantor Required
Guarantor: copy valid passport, copy residence permit and detailed Civil Registry registration form.
- Marriage Certificate Age Years Max
Original Marriage Certificate date of issue cannot be older than 3 years.
- Marriage Required
Original Marriage Certificate, legalised or with apostille, not older than 3 years.
- Police Clearance Age Months Max
Certificate of Good Conduct not older than 6 months.
- Sponsor Income Evidence Required
Guarantor's job letter, bank statements for the last 3 months, pay slips for the last 2 months and a declaration of the Inspectorate of Taxes.
- Translation or legalisation
If not issued in Sint Maarten, it must be translated into English or Dutch by a sworn translator.
