• ✓Custody Order If Parent Stays AbroadIf one parent stays in the country of origin, proof of custody is required and the court decision must be registered at the Court on Sint Maarten.
• ✓Translation or legalisationIf not issued in Sint Maarten, it must be translated into English or Dutch by a sworn translator.
