Singapore's EntrePass is for entrepreneurs, innovators or investors who start an ACRA-registered private limited company (pass holder must hold at least 30% of the company) that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies, and must meet at least one further criterion such as having raised at least SGD 100,000 in a single funding round, being supported by a government-recognised or internationally renowned incubator/accelerator, having founded and sold a tech business, holding registered IP, or having an ongoing research collaboration with a Singapore IHL/RI.
