Nel caso di progetti imprenditoriali atti a rilevare un’attività esistente ai sensi di quanto previsto dall’articolo 15 della Legge 27 giugno 2013 n.71, qualora l’impresa rilevata non abbia i minimi occupazionali indicati al comma 1, questi devono essere integrati entro sessanta giorni dal rilevamento. Within ninety days of the Comitato Tecnico Valutatore approving the business project, and in any case before registration in the resident-population register is completed, an already existing property with a minimum value of euro 300,000 must be purchased, usable as business seat or as the beneficiary's residence. At the beneficiary's discretion, the privilege on the property may be replaced by a real guarantee of equal value on a bank deposit or other financial instrument, or by a bank or insurance surety for the same amount, in favour of the Eccellentissima Camera.
