- Nationality or qualifying status
In practice the published route is virtually limited to eligible family of citizens of North Macedonia, Turkey and the United Kingdom, excluding Withdrawal Agreement beneficiaries.
- Prior immigration or residence status
The sponsor must be employed or self-employed in Poland and hold the qualifying settled residence basis.
- Qualifying family relationship
The applicant must be the spouse or a dependent child under 21 of the qualifying migrant worker or self-employed sponsor.
