Which family relationships qualify?

The route covers a child who has become an adult, if the child meets the conditions of Article 43(1) items 1 to 8 and has held temporary residence for family reunification continuously for three years; and, exceptionally, a foreigner who is a victim of the criminal offence of domestic violence, regardless of how long the marriage or same-sex life partnership lasted.
