Is this for a founder, startup entrepreneur, self-employed person, freelancer, company owner or another business profile?

This route (Form F-05) is for a foreign national holding the position of president, board member, legal representative or shareholder of a commercial company, or the owner/general manager of a company, who enters the country to promote or identify investment opportunities in industry, commerce, tourism, supply of goods or services, or any other lawful economic activity, under Articles 89 and 109(2) of the Special Migration and Foreigners Law.
