What organisation, institution, religious body, charity, teacher or host must support the activity?

The corresponding church or congregation must send DGM a signed and sealed request letter, stating its guarantee and the signatory's ID. Catholic churches or congregations submit a presentation letter from the Archdiocese; other churches submit their presentation letter certifying the signatory's identity (Dominican cédula), statutes and the assembly appointing the signatory.

What proves the placement, role, affiliation, experience or cultural/religious/voluntary activity?

Proof consists of the church's assembly act and statutes, certificate of incorporation and a current certificate of validity issued by the Attorney General's Office (PGR), plus the church's request letter.
