Documents

• Must have a valid passport
• Must have good experience in the industry and in running your own business
• Must have the one running the business and own at least 51 percent of it You must be the one running the business and have crucial responsibility for the business
• Must have able to prove that you own at least 51 percent of the business
• Must have a credible basis for your budget The Swedish Migration Agency will conduct a financial assessment of your business plans
• Must have established customer contacts or networks
• Must have able to support yourself financially You must be able to show that you can support yourself and any accompanying family financially
• Must have a power of attorney and attach it to the application
• Must have able to financially support your family
• Must have able to show that you can financially support both you and your family for two years
• Correctly made copies of each family member’s passport
• Birth record or birth certificate stating the names of the child’s parents
