Documents
- Must enclose originals or certified copies of qualifications
- Must include supporting reference/documents
- Application requires recommendation from Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Labour (employment of non-citizen in best interests of Samoa)
- Must have permit specifically authorizing employment
- Medical report required for stays ≥1 year (over age 16)
- Police report required for stays ≥1 year (over age 18)
