- Four (4) references from automatic PNG Citizens who have known the applicant for at least 2 years

- Copies of educational qualifications (Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Masters, etc.)
- Statement of Assets, Liabilities, Investments, business interests and savings (within and outside PNG)
- Application for PNG Citizenship Form
- Application for Citizenship by Naturalization Form
- Personal Particulars Form
