- application for a temporary residence permit
- valid travel document (passport)
- temporary residence permit (in case of renewal)
- document confirming legal stay (if applying in Lithuania)
- number of mediation letter from host entity
- accommodation proof
- proof of sufficient funds and/or regular income
- health insurance (insurance sum 6000 EUR)
- police clearance certificate(s) for last 2 years (for first permit)
- list of trips and stays in foreign states
- evidence of group structure (host entity and third country undertaking relation)
- work contract with undertaking in third country
- assignment letter from undertaking in third country
- qualifications and experience as required (manager/specialist)
- training agreement (trainees)
- university degree (trainees)
- remuneration evidence (trainees)
- evidence of required employment duration (6 or 3 months)
- biometric data (fingerprints and face image)
