- Photocopy of Resident Permit
- Photocopy of Passport or other Travel Documents
- Four (4) letters of Recommendation from prominent Liberian
- Six (6) Hanging Folders
- NSA/Police Clearance
- Copy of Marriage Certificate if married to a citizen
- Copy of Health Certificate
- Autobiography
