- Application form filled and signed
- Passport valid for at least 6 or 12 months (depending on category) plus 2 copies
- Three ID photos (4.5x3.5 cm)
- Marriage certificate (for spouses)
- Document to prove family ties (for parents or siblings)
- Attestation of absence of work via notary (where required)
- Attestation that the head of family is financially responsible (for minors and siblings)
- Bank statement or proof of monthly income or blocked account or title/lease deed (for income-based applicants)
- Accreditation or attestation from religious or official authority (where applicable)
- Divorce or death certificate, and family register (where applicable)
