- Valid travel document (at least 3 months beyond permit validity)
- Proof of sufficient means for subsistence (bank statement, work contract, or other evidence)
- Proof of health insurance
- Proof of accommodation (ownership or notarized lease contract, if relevant)
- Criminal record certificate or certificate that not under investigation from home country or residence (translated into official languages)
- Purpose-specific supporting documents as listed for: family reunification (e.g. marriage/birth certificate), employment (employment contract, business registration, education/certification proofs), study (school/university registration proof, parental/legal guardian consent for minors)
- Proof of vaccination (if from an epidemic area)
- No entry ban in Kosovo
