Documents
- Working Holiday Visa application form
- One recent passport-size photo
- Your passport (valid for at least 3 months after the visa expiry date) and photocopies
- A copy of round trip flight reservation and full itinerary or proof of sufficient financial means to purchase return flight
- Proof of sufficient financial means for your stay (minimum 1,900.00 Euros for twelve months, via bank statements or credit card)
- Health Insurance policy covering hospitalization and repatriation, for 12 months
- A statement declaring the intention to travel to Italy and work temporarily
- Prepaid Xpresspost post envelope (or UPS preaddressed envelope) for return of passport
- Proof of residence within Toronto consular jurisdiction (if applying in Toronto)
