Documents

  • Visa Application form duly filled in and signed
  • Recent passport-style photo
  • Passport or travel document valid at least three months over the planned stay in Italy and a photocopy of relevant pages
  • Current student ID and a copy
  • One way flight reservation
  • Pre-Enrollment Documentation: summary of the pre-enrollment application validated by the Italian higher education institution
  • Original secondary school diploma (with CIMEA Statement of Comparability/Verification, or Declaration of Value, or certificate of entrance exam)
  • Certified Translations of all relevant documents
  • Official transcript (for Master’s)
  • Any additional documentation requested to verify authenticity and validity of the foreign qualification
  • Language certificate at B2 level or above (or relevant language of instruction)
  • Proof of Accommodation (rental agreement, declaration of hospitality, confirmation from university residence)
  • Proof of financial means of support in Italy of no less than EUR 10,179.85 per year (bank letter, bank statements, affidavit of support, financial aid letter)
  • Insurance letter stating coverage for all medical expenses, hospitalization, and repatriation for at least 30,000 euro during the stay in Europe
  • Visa fee (Personal Money Order)
